From time to time, your Board of Directors will be posting messages of interest to our community. Please check our site for new updates.

First, please check our new free-standing Lending Library located on 93rd Ave.

This is a wonderful plus for our Association. Board member, Karen Shiekman initiated this idea and carried it to its fruition. Many thanks from all of us to Karen for bringing this valued and exciting addition to our community! Karen will post procedures soon.

On a different note, there have been reports of residents driving their automobiles in a carless and dangerous pattern that scares other residents and endangers them and their children. If you encounter this behavior, you must report this to the Plantation police. In this manner, the police department can build an appropriate file and take official action. We urge you to please report any occurrences.

Also, as you can see, Anthony’s Tree Service will be doing our Association’s annual tree trimming during the last week of May. If you need your tree trimmed, please contact Anthony directly for price quotes and appointments.

We live in a lovely community. Let’s all strive to maintain its safety and beauty.
