The Board of Directors is pleased to advise that, through diligent effort and careful fiscal management, we have successfully maintained the annual maintenance fee for 2027 at the same rate as the prior year (2026).

The annual maintenance fee for 2027 will be $800.00.

Maintenance Fee Due Date

• Fees Due: The full annual maintenance fee of $800.00 is due and payable on January 1, 2027.

• Late Date: Payments will be considered late if not received by January 31, 2026.
